Of course. He has already proven that he is. In Brazil.

Question is, is he good enough to play in Europe? I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't.

He's also been great for his NT, people aren't hyping him for no reason. I think he'll definitely have an impact on whatever team he goes.

    How many times did you see Neymar?

    I know that majority of people that rates him like he's best thing since slice bread are just rating him according to his hype. He's a really talented player, don't get me wrong, but he's just not what he's made out to be.

    I've seen him play three times so far. One of them against US. I'm not a big fan but he's good, really good.

    Messi/Ronaldo level, being Brazilian has nothing to do with it.

    I just hope he moves out from QPR and play for club in La liga or Ligue1 where he could showcase his talent more.
