I now read they will pay 2.5m of his wages for 6months loan with an option to buy. I'm not sure if they decide to purchase him, would we still owe something? He may demand a compensation to join rangers

Need to hear the details before getting too excited.

I hope you aren't paying anymore than 30% of his wages and If there's a fee at the end of the loan spell it covers what we've spent on wages during his loan.

Even if Juve pays 100% of his salary, it is better to let him go somewhere and play. We'd have paid his full salary anyway if he remained here and never got to play. Then we'd have absolutely no chance to sell a 31-32 year old who hasn't played football for a year. This way we might have a chance to sell him in the summer.
If it's 30% of his salary, it's a good deal.
