Welcome i guess, sad though, this is not what we needed, we need someone able to build the game and rush forward, cam, most of our CMs are primarily DMs and we lack the versatility needed to put the pressure when facing superior midfields.
Hopefully Ramsey will stay healthy and become more consistent with us, this is a significant investment we made.
It means that we will not add the midfielder CAM we need, repeating the same atartegical mistakes over again and again...
This is hardly Ramsey 's fault, but by signing him, we know that nothing has changed, Paratici will follow Marotta's way. We will be signing more DMs to compensate for what we lack in an AMF...

Probably because in those rare occasions you watched an Arsenal game he was injured. Like most of the time.
Ramsey and the Juve staff - a match made in heaven.

But that's exactly what he is supposed to do ffs. Idk if Wikipedia says something else, but try to catch a game from time to time.

Not so sure. Looking at transfermarkt data he has missed around 280 (fast calculation) days since joining us. One whole season out of four. :shifty:
https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sami-khedira/verletzungen/spieler/29401

In his 4 previous seasons for Real, it was just above 300.
I don't know if adding those numbers up is the best way to go about that, nor how accurate the "days missed" is.

He was a wreck for his last 2 seasons at Madrid:

13-14 - 1376 minutes
14-15 - 621 minutes

And his first season here:

15-16 - 1922 minutes

But then you get 2 seasons where he played:

16-17 - 3836 minutes
17-18 - 2877 minutes

Our medical staff seems to have done a pretty good job rehabilitating him from the disastrous injury prone 3 seasons he had starting at Madrid, and making him a machine for 16-17 and had him also playing close to 3000 minutes in 17-18. They got the last of his good years. He's done as anything other than rotation now imo, but that's more about quality than injuries.
