I've been using A1 a lot more recently. Out of the various LLMs I like Perplexity the best.

Replit is mad too. It allows you to create an app just by entering prompts, aka vibe coding. This could be potential gamechanger for innovation, anyone with a great idea can bring it to life easily. Trying it out right now.

How is this going? Has it been worth your time playing around with this?

I've largely just ignored all the AI news/ tools.

I tried it out with a simple idea and it worked pretty well. But that was just testing it on the website, I didn't download it in app form cuz it's not free.

It's very easy to use so it's worth a try.

@Bisco I think it would be useful if you need to help/troubleshooting.

Don't know whether it works or not, to prevent AI from accessing a website's content, it might work by collecting their IP and blocking them in a firewall rule.

You're not unwise, IMO. There's a lot of running to stand still.

I'm a little more of "wait and see who's left standing after everyone flogs each other to death", and then they'll slap a semi-decent UI on it.

Until then, these are dorks trying to compete in the early web on their HTML skills.

Though killing Google wouldn't be a bad thing, IMO.

The problem isn't technical. The problem is that national governance is grabbing their policy ankles because Google said copyright laws shouldn't apply to them or China will destroy America with AI first.
