June 2003, a heartbroken, young, good-looking baggio finally decides to register on Juventuz.com to share the grief of his beloved Juve's penalty shootout loss to AC Dida.

It wasn't an overnight decision. Having spent close to two years surfing the site as a viewer before that, i just knew this was better than anything Juve related on the web. Believe it or not, I'd even exchanged emails with our resident Berlusca, @Martin. This was pertaining to a job for writing blogs on and for the site. Got a prompt response that I could be hired, and would become popular through writing articles here, though I would not be paid. In typically AC Martin fashion. :D

Then of course, I proceeded to get multiple warnings for abusing Pippo Inzaghi and Nike's horrible FastWeb sponsored kits. Slowly but surely though I realized my love for Juve and the 'Tuz was inextricably linked. I'd read and share views days on end whether it was about matches, Del Piero's heroic'ness, wanting to blow Lippi, Moggi's phenomenal mercato know-all or simply hangout with the fun peeps of that era, only a few of whom remain active to this day - as we discussed movies, terrorism and well, women. Needless to say, no matter what we'd discuss, I'd try and sound like the most mature 20 year old on the planet, sometimes even with unflinching accuracy. :D :p

Time passed, and I have to admit, the calciopoli hit back pretty hard. To have seen my beloved team get dragged through the dirt the way they were, had me pretty disillusioned. I watched little football, I posted little, the first 1-1 draw with Rimini still etched in my mind as the day I didn't eat dinner, coz I suddenly was nervous about the team's status on the league and European stage being desecrated, especially given the 9 point deficit that the earlier penalty was reduced to. To see the might of my beloved team, that I had followed in joy soaked nights, lose pieces of its armory was painful. Ten years of being a Juve fan was too strong a relationship, and I felt like giving up on the sport altogether. Thankfully, we succeeded at our first attempt back, and it breathe new life into my Serie A interest.

Things however weren't as smooth around here, as the forum needed a switch of ownership and a few members here including myself floated about ideas on how to keep things going, until the man himself figured the best way forward and allowed us to make the transition without a hitch.

One thing led to another, and being able to see the team on a regular basis on the other hand, got me back on here with a lot of feelings. Joy, despair, angst and even hate at times. But my attachment to this forum never ceased to amaze me, despite all the new infiltrators. :D Even as the social media boom hit home, this just felt like the best place to be for me. It's probably what keeps me off twitter and Facebook to this day!! :D

I don't think I can write about my ten years on the forum without thanking all of you for making this place feel like home despite all the diversity, be it in cultures, opinions, expression and language. There are a few I'd like to thank especially, and if I have forgotten you in this dedication, please know that it is not because I intended to, it is only because I'm old and have perhaps popped the blue pill instead of the ones I take for my memory :D

@Martin: I cannot say it enough. Thank you. And if I haven't said it already, I will today. Martin>Zuckerberg. Respect.

@Marty: We haven't interacted much Marty, but i remember when the site had to be sold, and we all hoped the new guy running the show would be a sugar daddy. You swooped in like a scandanivan sheikh and showed us the way. Respect.

@gray: Hey bud, I don't know when we last spoke, but I just wanted to let you know that you are one of my most favorite people of the last ten years. Always consistent, never controversial. And very respectful to every member you encounter. I know the wedding is/was around the corner. Wish you all the happiness. Respect.

@JCK : Jeeks, Jack, same ol' same ol'. Howdy bruv? Again, I'm guilty of not being in touch as much as we were earlier, but I cannot forget the amount we'd sit and bitch all day long. Dunno if you remember the work ideas we'd keep exchanging. I'd send you all that art from goa to Sweden. Look how that worked out. :D hope you are well. Promise to step up the communication a bit more.

@hoori: I don't say it enough, and maybe I should. I've always had a soft spot for you Hoori. I think I saw one pic back in the day, and fell hopelessly in love. :D You make it very easy to miss you when you're not around. It's fantastic to have you on here. I always thought I loved Lilliana more than anyone at the Tuz, but I was wrong.

@Azzurri7: Rabbijaan, yella! I remember when we first spoke, and how enthusiastic you were about Del Piero. At times almost childishly in love with him. Just the fact that you're here on this dedication today, shows that you mean as much to me as Alex did to you. Can't forget all those days on msn either

@King of Kings: Serge! Ma man, I don't know if you remember, but back in the day, the first time we really got talking was based on an argument over the NBA. :D Looks like we came quite the distance since then. Always great chatting with someone whose seen it all, in more ways than one. ;) Here's to the next ten years.

@swag: Again, we haven't spoken much in the last couple of years swagster, but I'm always looking out for your balanced views on most subjects. One of the few people who know what being rational is all about. If this forum needed a president, well you know who'd have my vote. :D

@Mark: My main man. The playa from the himalaya. I cannot tell you how great it is having you around for all the inside goss. Well, for what it's worth, I consider you to be the real deal Tuz guru and nothing on here is legit till I see green. Keep it coming bro. Big love.

@Bjerkness: Anders, my buoy. Soon to be agent? It's always been fantastic exchanging views with you and chatting up one on one. Good kid, great golfer?! I've noticed you've been MiA for a bit, get back on here full time.

@Dru : Hey bruv! Dunno if you remember the desi Baggio, but I can't forget the amount of shit we'd chat about back in the day. I still remember one evening when you broke the news of Lippi quitting Juve (the second time). We were both pretty gutted but you knew full well how it would turn out. And you were right. Hope you've been well :)

@Dominic: I didn't think I'd make it this far mate. But I somehow managed to, and it's been an absolute pleasure to have had shared and exchanged views with members like yourself. I know we probably spoke a lot more back in the day, but you must know that I always stop and read your posts whenever I see them on here. Would love to see a bit more of your views on the forum. Great to have you here, as one of the old guard. Hopefully, that'll never change.

@Ahmed: Salaam vaalikkum broski. You're a funny mofo, and it's good having you around. I dunno if you remember our fallout on the indo/pak issue, but I'm guessing you turned out to be more Sharif than Nawaz Sharif. :D Good having you around mate.

@Ze Tahir: Where are you bro? Haven't heard from or interacted with you in a while. Hit me up whenever you're in next. Because you're on my dedication list for being pretty cool. Are you a pilot yet btw or did we never have that discussion?!

@Alen: Statmeister. Keep up the good work. Always enjoy our discussions, even though they're few and far between. In my opinion, one of the most constructive voices around, except when we are not discussing Balkan players :D

@Klin: Fuckin eh. I know you try really hard to get my attention by shitting on Quag, but I just wanna tell you, I love you anyway. Great boy to have around. Love talking to you, and despite your 31k posts in such a short span of time, I think you get more action than :matri:

@Fake Melo: It didn't start of in the best of ways. Then I found out you're way too young to be fighting with. And now, I think the forum would definitely miss you If you went inactive. Keep dem posts coming.

@Dule90: Doozish. Good job with all your posts. I remember last to last year when you'd advised me to take a break on the last day of the mercato while Marrotta fucked about on the Alves deal. Enjoy reading your posts, especially when they're not about Jojo. :p

@Jem83: Genuinely, one of the nicest posters I have come across in recent memory. Always enjoy talking to you J. Stick around another decade, and we might end up having a bottle of scotch together. :)

@JuveJay: :D :D :D This whole thing would've been in cockney if it helped your smug arrogance afford a smile, while you delegate a task to one of your subordinates. It's been great talking with you on the forums. Hopefully, you'll be around for a bit even after a big promotions come your way. :)

@Suns: Midget lovers, aboard. I know we have interacted quite a bit in recent times even though its been on opposing ends..but it's always been great to talk to you Suns. Keep the posts coming, coz I will be reading. :)

@Bianconero81: I know I fucked up the last time. But the next time I do bkk, I will look you up fo shiz. For now, please enjoy this dedication to you, even though I really can't articulate half as well as you do despite writing for a living. :D Always smile when I read your posts bdawg.

@Tommy: Ek number desi. Homeboy. Kochi rocks my world. Your gifs and sense of humour are the least i'd expect of you. Inna maire, number 1.:donedeal:

@Hydde: Always great reading your posts Hydde. Fantastic having you around, and if I haven't said this, I consider you one of the old guard. :D keep the posts coming and I hope you're here to stay coz that'll mean good company for the rest of us. :)

@Hustini: Look who decided to show up on here and act like the shit. Well I got news for you hommes, Dzeko isn't coming and baggio ain't ever getting Husted. :D No, but seriously, one of the friendliest buoys around. You should be the official inductee of new recruits at the Tuz. I'd recommend your name.

@Salvatore: I'm guessing we both seem to have a fetish for strikers. While we may well disagree on mercato dynamics :D i think we can agree you were going to be on this list. Dunno, although it may just be because you've got Schillaci's first name :p :p

@Red : Forza Aberdeen. Whatever it takes to get you to smile. You deserve to be on here because you officially handed me my first infraction. Ever. :D Good having you around mate.

@Nzoric: Even though you threatened to put me on your ignore list, I wanted to put you on here. To show you, that I got wood for you although I think you're a shit poster. Would bang. :D

@Sheikh Yerbouti : Mumbai Indians ki kasam, your fap post video remains one of my favorite posts of the last ten years. And you deserve a dedication today. It's great having you around, and I hope you keep it going Sheikh.

@NEDVED_03: Thank you for your help with all the avatars and changes. And your amazing art, that floods the forum and lightens up the mood everytime you decide to share a piece. Never ever leave, coz you're a star. :)

@Osman: Forza the old guard. I know we're like relics around here, but it's good to have you around. Makes me feel a little better about myself. :) :D

I want to reserve a special mention for The Forza Quag gang: it's fantastic having you guys around. Needless to say you'll have great taste. :):bandwagon: :dule:

@Interdestroyer: My favorite Ozzie on this forum.

Also, before I forget, a special shout out goes out to all the friends who were part of the old guard that aren't perhaps active today. It was a pleasure interacting with you at a special stage in life. And I hope happiness finds you in your endeavors, either that or you find your way back to the forum. :D

Thank you @Erik, @Ivy Toh, @salman, @Pado, @Majed, @Lilliana, @Byrone and @Fabiana, @Vinman.

Hmm, now that I'm done with this, it's got me wondering if I should get any special privileges. :D @Martin: How about immunity from infractions? A baggio smiley? Quag avatars for the whole forum?? :D :D :D

Anyway, thank you all once again. Forza Juventus. Forza Juventuz. Forza all of you.

fino alla fine.

Bill Hader as Stefon :touched:), midgets with gold plated trays strapped to their heads with cocaine on them, 20 gallons of cool whip, frozen bananas, an XBOX 360 with Dance Central 4 plugged in, and copies of Ibra's autobiography. :D

Love you, buddy. FUCKING LOVE YOU!!!!!!!

Well said ya akhi, really man, that was great. Though I wish I was as much of an old timer as you. I'm only that in name alone, became regular after serie b years (needed active site for Serie B streams and news).
