I'm playing Juve too and I won 2 scudetto & 1 CL in first 3 years, it gets much easier after first season. First thing I did was get rid of all the incompetent staff and hired my own.

I bought him after first season for 28M + Tiago.

I'm in my 3rd season now and I seem to have problems with Neymar, or other players with Neymar actually. I have sold Balotelli, Iturbe and Sanogo because they disliked Neymar and were unhappy.. and now VDW, Labyad and some other Dutch youngster are unhappy because of Neymar too. What's up with...
