Why does it look as if Melo has makeup on?

What happened? The team got dumped out from CL group stage needing a draw to advance to knockouts, thats what happened. And it is enough of a reason to feel empty like they have been feeling. Add to that rather unconsistant form in serie a and the fact that Melo is a emotional player.

Oh and on a site note, yes i think we paid too much for Melo, but i still have hope for him especially if we get a coach who knows a thing or do about managing a football club.

Isnt it interesting though that a player, who was supposedly one of the best in his position last season, is now f--king up. His here now, new system, needs time. Our coach isnt helping him with his tactics what he himself has no idea on. Our players are running around like headless chickens...

You are making it sound as if coach has nothing to do with players performances.

Is there a ceremony for this award? Will he have to collect the trash bin? Last thing we need is our players getting trashed in person morally. Feel sorry for him.

I agree, but this is only partly true. Especially if Melo was supposedly one the best players in the league last year. Why isnt he stepping up? I sense a discipline case here. Coach isnt boss enough and therefore players dont give 100%. Look around, top teams with top coaches, players...

Sure, but there are many players who should step up. And thats where the coach comes in. If the players dont step up, coach will do something about it.

Funny pattern though around here is that we blame the management for Ciro, we dont blame the coach for players performance? WTF is Ciro supposed to do anyhow then. I seriously question Ciros abilities to improve the players in trainings, work on different aspects. Melo f--ked up, but so...
