Just play him in the centre. Put Morata on the bench. Occasionally use the two together. Sell Dybala and use the money to stack the CM and wings. Cross to Ronaldo and profit. Very easy solution.

He was definitely not the problem here. You pay him for goals and he gave you goals. If he wants to play #9 then stay, if not then it's time to go, I'm afraid.
