Just install and paste the link into the program. Takes a little while before it starts showing the stream though. Quality a bit poorer than the better Sopcast options but still pretty good. Sopcast does workif you get in early on the stream.

For Mac I din't know but for windows you just enter the path to VLC.exe in the settings and press the external player button in Sopcast to switch over to VLC :)

Just a little update: Sopcast for Mac is now officially available at www.sopcast.com :)

Can't say that I have. Maybe it's the firewall causing issues? I take it you've tested a number of different sopcast streams?

Well you could install Crossover or VMWare :) But there's no build for Mac afaik

I just use the basic Windows firewall for my PC (which is where I watch the matches from) :)
