The refree didn't judged the situation, he allowed to play on. So, Uefa can still punish Ribery, it would have been another thing if the refree already gave a yellow/red card. Only then Uefa aren't allowed to do anything.

So i guess Ribery won't be banned.. Or are UEFA still discussing it? Did they even discuss it to begin with?
