He is 30yo (no resale value) and will get paid 5-6m net so not that cheap.

    Tactics and Formations

I hope that Tudor has some tactical flexibility. In a situation where say, Cambiaso and Mario are not available, then it makes sense to switch to a back 4 and adopt either a 433 or 4231. In the end, you should pick the best formation based on the players you have available rather than the other...

    Winter mercato thread 2026

A rotational Wing back is the most obvious 1st candidate in the winter. The rest depends on injuries. Would love a big upgrade in defence, but that is rarely possible over the winter transfer market. I would also look to do a dry loan for Adzic to a relegation battling team in Serie A to get...

    Summer mercato vote

First a quick recap: Before Luiz left, a financial journalist mentioned that the net effect of all dealings on the P&L was +3m. Luiz loan fee + the salary saved is a positive effect of ~12. Nico positive effect is ~6m (loan fee plus gross salary). Savona pluvulenza and wages amount to...

Is he good. He played in 13 games for Bayern in the bundesliga las season but only managed to average 45minutes in those games. It may well be that Bayern are open to loaning him out.

He what is the deal with the Champions League squad. Yildiz I think can still be on the B list. Based on my rough estimates, we may not need to cut anyone from the Champinos league squad right? Has anyone looked into that? I am not really on top of the rules.

Dry loaning him for 5m doesn't cut it. He is costing them EU19m a year in amortization (They paid 95m for him). Last season, PSG also partially subsidized his wage to us - I suspect Tottenham might be paying his full wage this year but this is also not disclosed. In the end we will never...

    Randal Kolo Muani

I am disappointed mostly for the player in that his desire to join us was very strong. The silver lining is that it is a dry loan and therefore, while other Premier League clubs may bid for him, the will of the player is also going to be important in negotiations. That said, anything can...

    Damien Comolli - General manager

I will rate this tomorrow when it is officially over. I think the key issue with the team remains the defence. While Kelly has shown some promise in the first 2 games, I think its a stretch to rely on him as a starter at a club like Juventus. I think our defence is the key problem area for us...

    Summer mercato thread 2025-26

I am relatively pleased at the moment given how things were looking on Friday. At that point it looked like we were stuck with Nico and Zhegrova and Muani were not going to happen in light of Vlahovic not budging. To be honest, I like the look of our forward line at the moment. I also love...

    Build/Predict Your Juve

To be honest without a reserve right wing back, whether you call it a back 4 or an asymmetrical back 3 he would play with a defensive right side and a more adventurous left side.

If we don’t manage to get a reserve right wing back, expect to see Kalulu or McKennie used as make shift alternatives to J. Mario

This is actually awesome. We can still get him once Dusan leaves

    Loïs Openda

I don’t know much about him but judging by his profile, he is a better alternative to Yildiz if anything. I still think we will be after another striker next summer when Dusan’s contract expires.

Jonathan Clauss - RB - OGC Nice

Explains why they jacked up his price to 15m even though he is 32. Need another alternative.

    Summer mercato thread 2025-26

Let’s see until after the window closes but after the latest transfers, by my calcs we are financially better off. The attack looks stronger overall but midfield and defence are maybe similar to weaker. Defence is only stronger because Bremer is back. Nothing with transfers.
