This. Guy doesn't wanna leave, doesn't get injured that often, works hard enough, still decently young. Italian. Just don't ever play him as a right winger again. Ever. Move him back to more defensive positions and you might have a minimally decent backup player, not a horrible one.

If he's sold and replaced by a non established player, like the Atalanta or Sassuolo guys, odds are we are going to quickly change our minds an miss Sandro. Don't fix what isn't completely broken. Just get a decent reserve allowing to not overplay him.
