    Alvaro Morata

http://www.calciomercato.com/news/juve-morata-si-tratta-col-real-per-togliere-la-clausola-446629 Juve looking at the possibility of paying Real Madrid to remove the buy-back clause in the Morata deal.

Sami Khedira - Mid- Real Madrid(freebie)

I believe that was a decision taken on the basis that he was leaving Real Madrid. Wasn't a decision taken from a purely footballing point of view.

    Andrea Pirlo

People were fretting about that goal. That could only happen because Atletico were far too deep. Keep the defence up nearer the edge of the box and that goal can't happen.

    Do the Morata

    I'm appalled.

    Summer mercato 2015

Because he is a player who seems to be best playing closer to goal. I also prefer a trequartista to be a midfielder rather than a forward as it generally gives a team a better balance.

    Summer mercato 2015

In theory, but he's best when playing as he has this season.

Sami Khedira - Mid- Real Madrid(freebie)

You'd have to seriously consider it on those terms.

    Summer mercato 2015

    Not really.

    Andrea Pirlo

Matri was only needed because of Morata's absence. Tevez and Llorente don't look to run in behind a defence normally, so too much of the game the other night was comfortably in front of Lazio and that made it easier for them to squeeze up. There's no doubt Pirlo is deteriorating, but he is...

    [ITA] Serie A 2014/2015

I don't think many people doubt that Inter may well get a good year or two out of Toure. The issue is whether they are having to overpay for those years and whether they are taking a big risk in offering Toure such a long contract.

    Andrea Pirlo

They still take big risks in order to press. The key is to move the ball forward early and that is likely to give you a chance to get Tevez and Morata against just Pique and Mascherano. If you play too many passes slowly or sideways, then Barca can really press. But Juve, more than...

    Andrea Pirlo

Just need to make sure there is movement ahead of Pirlo for him to play to. Ancelotti said Real had the plan to press Pirlo in Turin, but because Juve were moving well and Pirlo able to play passes through the press, Real had no choice but to back off Pirlo and focus on denying Juve space...

    Massimiliano Allegri

I don't recall dangerous counter-attacks. I can remember Lazio players being able to run with the ball, but never in a way that really threatened to result in a chance. They could get through/beyond Juve's midfield, but with Juve playing three central defenders, they never looked like...

    Fernando Llorente

Juve's pattern of play is quite different and that hasn't suited him. Beyond that there is just a loss of confidence with things not going his way. Think he's also a player who needs to play continuously to maintain a high level and that hasn't happened this season.

    Glorious.

Sami Khedira - Mid- Real Madrid(freebie)

Decent player, but probably not someone I'd go for. I see some mentioning him as a defensive midfielder, which, while it may not be entirely wrong, is not when Khedira plays best. He's much more effective when allowed the freedom to go box to box.

    Massimiliano Allegri

Juve did make some changes to try and adapt to 3-5-2 to be more aggrsssive and they coincided with Pereyra coming on. Where it had been pretty orthodox 3-5-2 before that, Evra held a bit deeper, Lichtsteiner pushed up, Pereyra tried to push into a more trequartista-ish position and Tevez...

    Fernando Llorente

I can't recall criticising Pogba since his return. And I was referring simply to Llorente's performance today - not how he has done this season.

    Fernando Llorente

Llorente did okay. But Matri showed why I suggested Juve should have started him. A mobile forward is far more likely to bother this Lazio defence than a static target-man. Suspect Juve would have won this game in a more straightforward fashion had Morata been available.
