Juve still breached league rules though, with their Articles 1 violations, did they not? If they did that deliberately, that, to me, is cheating. A lesser degree of cheating certainly, but still cheating nonetheless. Others can, of course, choose to interpret it differently.

This stuff to come out, as far as I can tell, does not say that Juve didn't cheat. It just confirms that Juve didn't do enough to warrant being relegated.

No idea. Sporting Justice is so very different and difficult to predict. I'd think the 2006 Scudetto will be left unassigned, but the authorities will be quite happy to use the Statute of Limitations as an excuse to not take any real action.
