I know. It wouldn't necessarily have to be the full amount lost.

Would you rather Juve got titles back and compensation or see Inter put through Serie B and at least two years without CL income? I'm not sure, personally.

This is all coming back to what I suspected from the start: Juve/Moggi were doing something wrong, but not more than several other clubs were doing. I agree with what Moggi is saying in the Naples trial, where he says everyone is guilty or everyone is innocent.

You can, if one of the parties in the trial calls you as a witness. Otherwise, you have no right to get involved.

General principle. Juve also need to be absolutely above suspicion as much as possible, to try and avoid giving Inter et al any way out of all this.

Juve are not a party in the trial in Naples. It is all about Moggi. Juve may be able to use the outcome of that trial in the future, but they must not be seen to be trying to influence ongoing legal proceedings.

Juve can't be too bold in their statements, because they can't be seen to be getting involved in an ongoing trial.

Good book that. Has to be kept in mind throughout the book that, if memory serves, Agnew is an Inter fan, though.
