Italy is the better team, no doubt. On a level playing field, they win hands down, imo. After tonight, however, I would worry about ref calls (cards, PKs, etc) affecting the result of that game.
They just don't have much depth in quality - a pretty decent starting 11 and nothing behind them. Once the starters got tired, they changed tactics to clog the midfield, close the game down and try to force PKs. After they fell behind, they just didn't have the players needed to turn it around.

Thanks but I never left, so I am not back. :p Just not much time for forum endeavors the past few...
Well, the Galacticos already won the CL, more than once, so it's Milan's turn now, I guess ;)
P.S. Calm your britches, guys, I am only kidding - Milan is a long way from winning the CL as in "not having the right set of players and coach" long way
PSG makes the most sense to be Dollar's next team, imo. They have an aging keeper, who cost them more than just a game or two last year, and then there is the Leonardo connection.
You guys might be lucky just enough to dodge this bullet ...
Sorry but Ronaldo and Brady are nothing alike. Until he was like 30 yo, Ronaldo was nothing but a stat-padding loser aka Messi's slow but adorable closet-transsexual little brother. It wasn't until Real M absolutely loaded that roster - their bench was full of WC talent, fcs - and brought in the...
