Serie A: Juventus vs Livorno [August 25 2007]

Thank you Fox Sports World Canada! I was worried for a bit there I wouldn't be able to see the match on TV.

I still don't like the thick stripes too much, but I must admit it looks decent on the players. Definately something I can get used to.

Serie A: Juventus vs Livorno [August 25 2007]

How reliable is that though? I've seen that listing, but like I said, there is nothing confirming the match anywhere on the official TLN website or TV schedule. As for FSC, unforunately I only have access to Fox Sportsworld Canada (which doesn't carry any Seria A matches). I'll keep my fingers...

Serie A: Juventus vs Livorno [August 25 2007]

For Canadian viewers: I don't think TLN is actually showing the match. Their official schedule makes no mention of it and their website has a flash banner saying their coverage of Italian football begins Aug. 26 (not the 25th). I checked RAI International's schedule (I don't receive the...

Serie A: Juventus vs Livorno [August 25 2007]

Can anyone confirm this match will be on TLN? I checked their schedule at tlntv.com and they do not have it slotted in anywhere Saturday. EDIT: A site called Live Soccer TV says TLN is showing Lazio vs. Torino 12:00 EST and Juve vs. Livorno 2:30 EST. God I hope so!

I like second one (even though it's just the black away jersey template). If only they used that, put the Juve crest on the left with the stars above it we'd be in business.

Domenech: They Fix matches in Italy!!

The thing is that it was purely by coincidence that he is partially right. His original statements had nothing to do with the calciopoli. I think he's just convering his tracks by bringing it up when the entire football world called him on his bluff.

Domenech: They Fix matches in Italy!!

I'm not trying to insinuate anything, but I hope (for his own sake) security at the San Siro will be at a max. I'm not Italian nor am I fan of the Azzurri, but his words are flat-out insulting to all football fans in Italy. The atmosphere at the San Siro will be hostile, to say the least, and...

Serie A: Juventus vs Livorno [August 25 2007]

I can't wait for this one. Juve is finally back where they belong! The time for friendlies is over, this is what counts. All we really need to do is play more consistent and finish our chances. If we do that, it should be a big boost to start the season with three points. Forza Juve!!

Domenech: They Fix matches in Italy!!

His proof is probably just a sketch he drew up on a napkin while waiting for a coffee somewhere. Probably says "Hey Domenech, we fix matches in Italy! -Your secret Italian source" in his own handwriting.

The Official Jean-Alain Boumsong Thread (Lyon)

Who knows, but that's probably it (Italian experience). I'm just glad Trez is in the line-up. The national team means a lot to him but Domenech has stripped that pride from him for no reason for a while now. Lets hope Trez plays well and makes that loser coach blush some more!

    Claudio Ranieri

HAHAHA, I love it. Anyone get the sense that Domenech feels like committing suicide right about now? Everyone in the football world is against him. His ego has taken such a huge hit from all these people coming out and bashing him that he's smartened up slightly. Just look, he even called up...

The Official Jean-Alain Boumsong Thread (Lyon)

He fully knows he's nothing more than a back-up at Juve right now. If he really is that determined to improve his game by working hard each training session just for the hope of breaking into our first team then by all means... I welcome the work-ethic and example he sets to others. He might...

I like the way it looks... for the most part. The collar is different but I think it actually looks kind of cool. I don't mind the way the strips zig-zag a bit either. The red actually looks decent with the red Tamoil font, but I don't think the effect will be the same with a New Holland logo...

    Van der Vaart

It was not that long ago he insisted he wanted help Hamburg through the season and now he's publically stating he'd be hurt to stay with the club he pushed for so hard when he was with Ajax. As much as I admire his skill, I have to wonder how long he'd bother sticking around here if Juve signed...

Same here. Good for Pavel for sticking up for his teammates and getting into Mexes' face. Stand up character

[Friendly] Roma vs. Juventus - August 11

I have to say... although Vucinic's goal was absolutely chock-full of defensive errors, it was one of those weird plays where nothing would have come out of it 90% of the time. There SHOULD have been someone there to boot that loose ball out of danger. It's the second goal that really concerns...

[Friendly] Roma vs. Juventus - August 11

Almiron seems like such a great buy right now. He's looked like everybit the CM we need and his passing ability thus far has been very impressive. Nocerino looks exceptional too. Tiago has only really done well in short bursts so far, but I think he'll do well once he's fully adjusted. All in...

    Senderos

Senderos... I'd pass. He's a strange player. Had a brilliant start to his career and everyone was pegging him as a future defensive leader. A couple injuries and seasons later, he's vanished into obscurity and is third in the pecking order of an Arsenal team that is not defensively deep. I...
