What is it that my sopcast broadcaster starts to lagging or to bucking when i try to watch matches in HD? It used to work fluently 2 or 3 months ago, now it's just disturbing. can anyone help me out here?

Guys, i need a non lagging stream... unfortunately juventuz' service is not working fluently, though i appreciate the service

is it normal that acestream is lagging almost 4min behind compared to some random flash stream from wiziwig?
