Honestly, this thread is a complete joke..

I have no idea how anybody could defend Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a player we watched for two years walk back onside like a careless dunderhead who thought he was Juventus' savior. Then as soon as word of scandal was written in newspapers the guy jumped ship and swam ashore to safety in Moratti's fucking bowels. YES, the guy had talent and YES, he has played well for Inter, but honestly we don't need his arrogant antics. He was sold to Inter and a player such as that who doesn't give a shit about his team is quite at home with Moratti's band of mercenaries.

Anybody defending Zlatan should come off of it, and those saying Del Piero obtaining a pay increase is similar to Ibrahimovic antics need to stop and think for a moment. Del Piero has been our captain for years and has been a starter at this club for over a decade... ever heard of tenure compensation? People always love to use that argument, but the funny thing is some of them probably aren't making a stink about it within their own jobs. Who on earth would disagree with tenure compensation? Ridiculous arguments that are all too common on this forum.

And to those saying they would take a break from Juventus if Zlatan came back here, well I have to say that doesn't make any sense either. The likes of Secco and the triad before may represent Juventus, but they aren't Juventus. The Irriducibile fought with the triad over stadium arangements for seating and banners years ago... while they were shot down and broken up the members were still fans. Besides, what would be more fun than heckling Zlatan within the curva?
excellent post  my thoughts exactly

man, Del Piero never asks for his salary to be increased, under Moggi he asked once for a decrease not increase if thats helps the club Moggi rejected.

So I don't think Ale will ever be upset if he isn't given more cash. He's always been class and we all know him:).
I don't think man, I remember once he asked for pay-rise (which is not wrong at all), and also times where media were keep writing that Del Piero couldn't come to agreement to tie up the contract, and it took months and months to finally extend.

I retract my comparison and I apologise.

And by the way, the drink is non-alcoholic, I retract it as well.

Edit: As for the rep, I'll +rep you for being that witty and logical. You rule...
weirdo :D

So I heard, wouldn't know :p!!

But tbh I just butted without really understanding the whole conversation, I just saw your post and replied to it. I assumed you were talking when Zlatan asked for a payraise with Juve.

not really defending him, but someone needs to put an end to these childish biased claims about him everytime he says something. He is gone, and not coming, and I hope he spends the rest of his life away from Juve. don't like him either and I know he won't fit with his personality and way of play to Juve, but still I can't say the opposite and claim he is a talentless player, and this and that.

Ibrahimovic is a history along with Capello, let's get over it and discuss our players and stuff.

Snoop just likes to take the other side; that doesn't necessarily mean that he supports that other side :D
could be true, but I like to think about a subject from both angles, that's how I look to life mostly before I judge, but isn't it logical taking the other side when the majority of the forum members are Juve and Alex fans and the subject is the rival or their player? isn't it better than being double-faced to give an opinion about a player (Not only Zlatan) when he is with us and the opposite when he leaves?

Anybady who defend Ibrahimobitch out from this forum.
maybe I should be like this, a true Juventino :strong:

Looking at things from both angles is good and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it;however, making it a habit to always take the other side is considered a dick move. I'm not saying that's what you do.

It's true that this forum is filled with Ale fans, and just as much as they are prone to biasness so are you for being anti-Ale fan-fan :D

Indeed snoop, but you seemed to be arguing that it's not right for people to say Del Piero deserves a pay increase while Zlatan doesn't.

And yeah, this whole thread was created by typical journo bullshit. Whoever wrote the original article was probably giggling over how some Juve fans would gripe over this. Although it does sound like a fun job..

I know it is a dick move and no one likes it, but trust me People's opinion about me is the last thing I will think about, whenever I see someone is bullshiting I wouldn't think twice to let him know to show his non-sense. Not a fan of being a Popular or the member with the most green blocks :pint:

Quoted by Seven??? that's an insult you know? :D

I am trying to say that he had a good season (with Inter), and there is nothing wrong about asking it. Del piero did, everyone does, and I would do too (I am 100% positive :D) If I was player.

Edited: I don't agree with the Del piero deserves and others don't thing. Loyalty and everything aside, but a player after a good performance can ask it, especially if he can get it somewhere else.

may sound biased but i can never appreciate a guy who is looking to play ahead of Ale...when the time comes i wanna see a guy like Palla take his role not some over-hyped foreigner...
