Nedved admits to Ibra dream
By Football Italia staff

Juventus director Pavel Nedved has admitted that he’d love his club to re-sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The 31-year-old spent two years with the Turin giants before he left the outfit following their Calciopoli demotion to Serie B in 2006.

“I won’t hide the fact that I like Ibrahimovic,” Nedved, a former teammate of the now Paris Saint-Germain man, told TV show Undici.

“I consider him to be one of the three best players in the world, at the levels of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

“He can change a team for the better. Who wouldn’t want him? I’d like him for sure.”

Ibra is represented by Mino Raiola, the Czech’s former agent and the man who also looks after the affairs of Paul Pogba.

“I’m in contact a lot with Raiola,” Nedved added. “I have to say that the club did very well to bring in Pogba.

“I instantly knew of his value the first time I saw him play. A 19-year-old with his personality, perhaps he’s unique.”

Returning to Ibrahimovic, the former Inter, Barcelona and Milan man would certainly fill the ‘top player’ void in attack that the Turin giants have been searching for.

“We didn’t have the opportunity to sign one,” explained the former midfielder. “And we play a certain way with our attackers.

“To sign a player who is better than we already have would cost us a lot of money – at the moment we don’t have that and we don’t want to spend that.”

Nedved was also asked about the future of Antonio Conte, a Coach who is attracting interest from foreign clubs.

“We’re really calm about the situation. I won’t let him leave here for as long as I am at this club. As a player Conte already gave me advice, but he’s surprised me in a positive way as a Coach.

“I follow him on an almost daily basis and I can say that he’ll have a great career.”

No thanks.
Too old, too expensive and a too high wage fee.
Better to try to get a SS to compagnion Llorente for the next 3-5 years, then a short term solution that will cost us too much.

Thinking club wise:
+Shirt sales will go over the roof
+Him attracting more fans all over the world so that too would increase the merchandise value.
+People will come to the stadium for a player of his calibre, i'm pretty sure our stadium will be sold out every home game ( not sure how hat is now?)

-His wages will be enormous or he should accept a wage cut
-Contract years, we will never know how long he can stay like this. He's allready 31.

Thinking player wise:

+This player can solve our attacking problems, can easily win us games both in Serie a and in the CL
+Bringing him here could/would improve Serie A's status, could attract more 'star' players to Serie A and Juve.
+Experience in Serie A
+ Minmum of 10/15+ goals a season

-instable, get's silly red cards like h
- He forced his way out here with alot if disrespecting DD and the club Juventus.
-Alot of fans will never forgive him for leaving including our biggest Curva's
- His agent, Mino can either fuck us up or do us a favor.

Diffcult choice we have here.

Undecided whether to say yes or no. It depends on so many factors such as if we can bring someone better, his wages, transfer fee and contract length...

If we can bring one of Suarez, Jo Jo then it's definitely No for me.

Your heart says no, but your head? It says yes!
Find it hard to digest when he left in the way he did. But you've got to understand when you read him saying he was young and looking out for his career & wanted to win things. Unlike Camo who stayed cos he had a "gun to his head" haha. Sign that contract you plastic Italian you ;)

I would like to crack on without him in all fairness. But if we can get him for €14m or so then I'm all in. And Sanchez too, can't miss out on him. Fuq Jovetic as I can see Fiorentina dragging it til the last moment and mess us and summer Mercato up.

Jovetic ? wasent city interested ?

Lets get zlatan who's better the both combined

Merchandising will go trough the roof, and results across the board aswel.

I also want a n#10 zlatan shirt.

I also want him to score at least a brace against both milaneese sides.
