The talk was that for this year while he's on loan, Barca and Milan will pay 50% each of Zlatan's wages, the same wages he earned in Barcelona, which were 10m eur.
If Milan decide to buy him next year then I guess separate negotiations between Milan and Zlatan will have to take place (if those didn't take place already. On Milan's site it is said that he signed a 4 year contract with Milan, which is unusual considering how he'e not owned by Milan).
