So he is just going to let, Amauri, Iaquinta and other folks for free? Since that's maximum he can do, He is not able to sell, they are not in Conte's plans? Why isn't he able to get Alex for free since he is not on coach's plans?

when players are earning what they earn and at their age, you really think other clubs will pay anywhere near those wages? ofc not, infact the player will ask Juve to pay a majority of their wages in order for the move to happen, if thats the case, its better to let them go for nothing, and cut our losses, it is basic economics
bummer I was stoked when I thought we were actually getting money for him. I don't think you can fault Marotta on this one, nobody would have payed for Grygera.
I'm just happy he's gone and we don't have to pay a penny of his wages.
I don't think I can remember anything from Grygera except the famous tooth and the time Ranieri played him in absent Nedved's position and he ended up scoring a goal (was against Genoa? I think) and an assist to Trezeguet

Assuming we didn't pay more then what we would have paid him every month until his contract was over, I am pleased he is gone.
A pitty the 3mEuro that was rumoured isn't coming.
