For those who dont know, Juve have a deal with Nike FOR 12 LONG YEARS !!!!!

If anyone thinks that our jersey will have a different look than Inter, Barca, USA NT, Holland NT, etc. then you are sadly mistaken !!!!!

Even the Brazlilian FA was upset that their squads jerseys looked like all the other Nike-sponsored teams in last years WC. Brazil may not renew their contract with Nike, regardless of what Ronaldo says !!!!
maybe not...

look how Valencia is slightly different (true there is the stripe in the back, but that's not so bad) Valencia's shirt looks great.

all the big companies have similar jerseys for their sponsoring clubs.
Kappa: the tight fitting Kombat jersey :yuck:. this would look terrible with black and hwite stripes

Adidas: the 2 layer jersey with the usualy 3 stripes on the side (Madrid is totaly diffferent from the rest)

Puma: the side-cut collar

i dont think our jersey will look exaclty the same as another. Inter's looks like the NY/NJ metro stars', Barca's doesn't look like inter. Hell, did you see sunderland's nike jersey(the design is great :thumb: and different than Barca and inter, but you have that back stripe as i said).

i dont really see what the problem is with a nike jersey looking like one more team in the world. (though i'm 90% sure that nike will make a noticable differece to juve's compared to the other nike striped jerseys)

Hell, even our great 97/98 jersey wasn't unique to juve. teams like "South Africa"had the exact same design.

Kappa would be my choice! They made one horrible call with the red numbers we had the year we got Lotto, but otherwise the shirts have been nice. Lotto has been a sad time for shirt shopping, they have no sense of aesthetics it seems. Compare our scudetto shirt to Roma's of last year, there's just no comparison!

Lotto sucks!

i agree lotto sucks, but i disargree about 2 things you said:

1. Kappa would not be a good choice now, since they're going for that tight look and we would look like a bunch of prisoners from a 1970's movie!! (not to mention looking like Roma :groan:, Axuerre, Wales, and a whole bunch of other un-impprtant teams)

2. The red Numbers was brilliant!! :thumb:
Kappa didnt come up with the idea, they just did what juve had done years back way before i was born. At first, i didn't like it because it came after the best juve jersey ever, and we were back to the regular thin stripes. but i think it was a good change. and the change wasn't dramatic. if you look at the fabric, the design and the everything is great!!(like the great classsic juve jerseys) but the red numbers just added the twist needed to look new. maybe you dont like it because you're comparing it to the one before and because you associate that jersey to a season we failed in. look at it again, it's a hell of a lot better than ANY of the lotto/ciaoweb jerseys made.

You couldn't be more wrong.. seriously, the red??? :D

No, that one was butt ugly, and don't give me the association argument, the shirt was horrible no matter what would happen playing in it. But it's simple, the red isn't by far a good enough contrast to the black stripes, so you couldn't see it well enough. On top of that it was ugly of course.

2nd worst was the gray ciaoweb with the yellow stickers on the shoulders. My god did they screw that one up!! :yuck:

the bad thing about lotto IMO is that in my country that trademark is not so famous, and for that reason is so hard to find a original juve jersey.

I heard some rumors about a hsop that was selling juve jersey´s , but was a not renowned shop. When i went there, it was true, hey have the jersey of 2001-2002, and i bought it. A little expensive of course, but woth every penny

Nike i think sounds great....I love Paris Saint Germains jersey it is awesome!!! id love Juves to be like that the material in it looks great and it has a collar too. Its the best nike jersey at the minute.I hate that pink jeresy on page 1 if i was to where it from a distance i would be mistaking for being gay. Its a pity we can't have Kappa again and i think Ferrai would look amazing on next years Juve jeresy but it would be pointless :(
