Its because the guy who was the actor in the superman series....felt from a horse in one of his "i dont know the name" routines, and he lost the movement of all the parts of his body (paralitic) and since then is stuck up in a chair with wheels

Ahh just that the Halloween movie that was supposedly set 20 years after the original was called H20. I thought it was a lame attempt to make the title actually mean something...
