We have them in Holland. Students coming in from the south to universities in the North (me included ) have to take these courses to learn official Dutch because the southern dialects are very different.

I hated it; the biatch kept bugging me about some pronunciations, then she started advising me on breathing methods (da fuck)... Piss off

It's dumb cause the southern accents edge towards French and are really sexy (the people in the north say so too!) so I get all the hot girls with my accent.
