It's a spicy noodle soup dish with a certain unique flavour that i can't really describe. I'm sure you'll find laksa around where u are anyway, have a look around

what's that soup called? it's kinda sour and think, and i think there is tofu in it and some kind of mushrooms or seaweed ... do you know what i'm talking about or not ?

Yeah it's sort of sour, i think the flavour may be lemongrass. There's tofu in it, but i dunno about mushrooms or seaweed. I believe beansprout and your choice of meat.

Laksa is a fish-based sup with noodle...spicy but a little sweet and...just visit malaysia and try it.
