    I'll leave that to deej because honestly i don't really know, i just eat it ;)

    It's a spicy noodle soup dish with a certain unique flavour that i can't really describe. I'm sure you'll find laksa around where u are anyway, have a look around :)

    what's that soup called? it's kinda sour and think, and i think there is tofu in it and some kind of mushrooms or seaweed ... do you know what i'm talking about or not ?

    Yeah it's sort of sour, i think the flavour may be lemongrass. There's tofu in it, but i dunno about mushrooms or seaweed. I believe beansprout and your choice of meat.

    Laksa is a fish-based sup with noodle...spicy but a little sweet and...just visit malaysia and try it.

    Oh yeah, I like seafood noodles too, the soup seems to be a bit more sour and they give you plenty of prawns and octopus :drool:

    Ooh that's nasty, like any other hot food. Especially when the noodles come out of your nose and the soup burns your nostrils :yuck:
