Any other time he starts, jus happens joaquin has been one of my favourite players ever since his liga debut...

Whether people hate him or not, or they say he's only got this etc... becks is effective... A guy who consistently throughout his career has finnished the season as either the top assister of all the major leagues or within the top 3... Like him or loath him... hes damn effective... Allready this season he has more league assists than anyone else (not to mention as many as our top 2 assisters for the whole of last season combined) by a country mile and is top assister in the cl as well

And by the way, Duff will not be appearing in Germany..

Indeed. Whether people hates him or say he's got this or that, He's actually the best assister right now in the world, I have no Idea how much he got in the CL or La Liga, But watching him just prove it. I wouldn't hesistate in selecting him.

Maybe he is, but IMO hes a show pony and... well i jus dont like him... I also think hes not the hardest player in the world to keep quiet... (if your teams strong enough to waste a player man marking him)... As seen with the chelsea game last season... where he was kept quiet for the majority of the match... doing nothing and starting to sulk until jose changed tactics and let him into the game (prob his biggest tactical error so far (though it didnt really matter in the end))

Dare I say it, this seems to be the English consensus...preferring efficient players such as Lampard and Gerrard over Ronaldinho.

Well its not each to his own concerning his effectiveness... His record speaks for itself... As to whether someone likes him or not... Of course it is...
