Mesto? I don't really. 1st season he's really shining and I mention it. Looking at the attacking right mids there are not too many at affordable prices. Lotito would probably ask for Marchisio in exchange or Foggia. Joaquin would ask for big wages...

Lotito can stuff it. If we're looking into a possible buy of some attacking right mid it should be Krasic or someone. Price wouldn't be bad and wages would be reasonable. There's absolutely no reason we should even mention Mesto.

I've never rated him. I always thought he lacks something to be a complete player. His passing is good but nothing special, vision just average. In my books Pizarro > Ledesma by far but it ain't gonna happen now. I'd like someone like D'Agostino who's much much better but yet again he'd be too expensive so I'd probably avoid him.
