Two days ago they won the frigging euro, and apparently havent even slept yet due to all the ruckus. They will continue partying it up in Madrid, meet the royalty, Primeminister and such (no such thing as president in spain). No real time and opportunity to sign has yet to happend. But it will this weekend, dont see the reason for panic.

There is no reason to expect he lifs the trophy, hands it over to the next player, and immediately takes the jet to Torino and signs for us.

You've been talking as if everything is done and ready, care to elaborate?
all the so called gurus over at J1897 and other sites say they're just waiting for the day to present him. Last week I read he could of passed his medical Monday or Tuesday. That source was the guy who works at the med center. He's the guy who took the pics with Tiago and Almiron days before it was announced. My guess with Alonso is that Spain's win delayed the presentation. Now they say Friday. Let's see if they're right this time.

Where does this Mister X and Poulsen fluff come from?
SKY tv said they'll reveal the player who Blanc named Mister X as one of the possible Juve targets. They said it Poulsen and I'm still laughing.

X. Alonso or Poulsen? One creates, the other destroys. Nice work Mr.journalists.

The best one is Grosso as Neddy replacement. They also talked about Mcdonald Mariga of Parma and Inler.

Why do we care what sky tv says? They dont have any scoops, so they are randomly guessing as we are? Poulsen is likely to leave, but there is no way our board will think he is a satisfactory option (good player, but dm).

Blanc named someone Mister X? :D

I was expecting to sign him immediately after the euros, i dont understand what halts the negociations.
He should be our players by now, he is our primary target and he said he will decide his future after the euros, now he is evading again, wtf is going on here.
I still believe that we will announce him soon, maybe by the end of the week!
Maybe because Spain won a major trophy after 44 years and they're still celebrating.

Could you guys imagine winning the Euros as a friggin' player? Would you be sober right now or what? You know you wouldn't be... you'd be out there with Torres and Villa fucking around slashing tires after you ingested a bar tab paid for you by Spanish taxpayers. So no... Xabi Alonso is not in any way in a state to sign a contractual agreement. The only time I'd get worried is in another week Xabi's agent starts getting drunk. Now that's what we gotta look out for.

I think hes in the perfect state of mind to sign a contractual agreement. If hes inebriated enough, maybe we can get him to sign on 50 euros a week...
