I too recruited on day 1 once, but it was because I found out that I was investigated.
The D couldn't investigate today (I wonder who made that possible ) so there was no pressure to recruit. The recruitment will come only if the recruiter's life is in danger or if there are enough sure civilians. If there are 2-3 sure civilians, the Gs will recruit one of them.
That's assuming that the Gs aren't Matt, Melo and JBF. If those three are Gs they probably recruited the same minute Janna started the voting yesterday.
