Calm down, it makes you look like a G who's afraid of the D investigating on day 1. I only made a suggestion the D to have the same rights as everyone else. The jailer can jail, the BG can protect and the lawyer can save people in the night of day 1, but the D can't investigate. That's a flaw.
I know that in the original rules the D can't investigate on day 1 but I was thinking if we can change that.
