Zlatan strained his thigh or something during the first ten minutes, that's why his shot was so bad. he had some nice combinations though, especially with Larsson the first ten minutes. Concidering he played injured he wasn't that bad. We as a team played just like Zlatan, not that bad. But nowhere near good.

Lucky 89:D But nobody can't say we weren't the better team.

Ljungberg, im happy for him, he saved us today.:)

Good subs with Elmander and Jonsson.They brought osme speed when people were standing still.

Källström was very good today too.
Actually that's a nice way to put it:

Zlatan played an excellent seasons at Juventus for a 98 year old with gastrititis, lung cancer, artritis and a severe lack of legs.

about time zlatan was taken off when he is playing like he has capello's dick up his ass, will probably sulk all week now

heheheheheheeheh, i was waiting for some one to say this bozi, nicely said short and sweeeeet, ibrahimovic is rubbish sooo far in the orld cup. no offence but i think the only teams that have impressed me personally in there first opening games in there groups are:

* czech rep
* italy
* spain
* croatia ( i love this teams spirit they r superb and left a huge impression in my mind, i was really proud to see r.kovac and tudor control there defensive line against ronaldinho, ronaldo, adriano, and kaka)
* germany ( i have to admit despite there broad victory against costa rica they were very shaky at the back but the game against poland was by all means concivincing in every aspect)

* australia ( to be honest i predicted japan will tear them apart but was very glad to see how australia fought back and showed japan how strong they are)

* argentina
*ivory coast and ghana ( the only african teams that reflect how strong african soccer is)

as for the teams i think are not what u would expect of:

*england tops my list ( its true wining is the most important thing in soccer but england just seem to be lost they have quality players but erikkison just cant manage the team and i feel that the team is convinced that rooney is there saviour and only hope to win this cup. i think they have a mid field that is a dream for any coach to have, crouch might be a genetic mess but at least he scores compared to owen who has been very poor against paraguay and against t&t)
* france ( the blame goes on the coach and not the players)
* portugal ( made angola look superb against them)
* korea ( not very convincing win over togo)
* sweden ( i love there style of play but they r no where from there known style of excellent soccer, i honestly dont seee them wining over england and despite they r in to the second round i m afriad they might fall out against host germany)

i wonder, could england and sweden play a "friendly" draw when they will play. Trinidad still has a chanse, and if england beats sweden and trinidad beats paraq, then sweden is out. But Sven Goran would be the most hated man in sweden then :D Carl XVI Gustaf would take away the kings medal what he got in the start of this year.

I was hoping Trinidad would get the tie and beat Paraguay to get to the next round.
I know, it sucks. :( On the bright side we still did a whole lot better than was expected and maybe future generations can so well under Beenhakker.

Well deserved win for England, A football match is 90 minutes not 45 and not 70. If you can't run for a full ninety minutes you don't deserve to win. T&T did a great performance again though and they walk out of this tourney with their heads held up high.

T&T did excellent and with only 10 men. I think Beenhakker was wrong in not substituting a single member of the Trinidad team because we had great players still on the bench with fresh legs. I still think we deserved a win just as much as England because we played our hearts out, out there as well. Or did you forget that we are an underdog team?! Coming into this cup we had no expectations whatsoever and I can tell you that our boys far superseded anything that we expected.

how does t&t have a chance, even if sweden loses to england, and t&t beat paraguay?? its hard i guess cos t&t have two goals against them while sweden has 0 goals and 1 goal for them.
