I wouldn't mind not advancing. We've always relied very heavily on Hazard - KDB - Lukaku and the only one thas been playing okay surprisingly is Hazard. Apart from that our squad is aging and begging to be torn to shreds by Spain.

What you do tend to see often is that a 'golden generation' might be followed by players of less talent, but allows a nation to build. Sort of like what Portugal and Holland did. I think we're now in the same bracket as those teams.

Croatia is very much in the same phase. They've had a great team and great results, but clearly they're not going to go far this time.
