At 22 years old all the pressure of the nation was on him in the opening game of the World Cup in 2014 and he answered by scoring twice.

Dude is a massive bitch. I don't know if there is a player I hate more.

But mentally weak? No.

Yep. At 18 he was already a beast carrying his team on his shoulders to trophies. He’s anything but mentally weak.

It sucks though, I really doubt he’ll be 100% during this WC. He’ll have to pull a '02 Ronaldo playing at 30% capacity and still be the centerpiece of a winning team.

Tite still yet to lose a competitive match since taking charge of Brazil :D

Still can't believe the Swiss goal was allowed to stand, was a push and given what happened with benatia vs vasquez there is so much inconsistency with this rule
If Miranda had many any attempt to actually make a header or even jump the (tiny) push would have been obvious, he would have flopped about waving his arms, and the ref would have called a free-kick. He made no effort, no Brazilian player complained, and then suddenly when they saw the replay on the screens they are surrounding the ref. Miranda brought a lot of it on himself.

Tite is a good coach, he’ll fix this mess for next match I hope
Look at it this way, there are far more glaring problems with the likes of Argentina, France and Germany than there is with Brazil even with tonight's performance

A push no matter what is a foul no?

Now watch England win 5-0 tomorrow, the English press will go crazy and call them the best team in the tournament, only so they can get knock out in the round of 16 as they always do.

player for player it shouldnt be a contest, but serbia in a must win game is worse than juve in an european final

We have such bad luck. Our main rivals in the group (Iceland for Croatia and Switzerland for Serbia) managed draws to freaking Argentina and Brazil :wallbang:

Im not too worried tbh. I don’t think it was that bad, it was an uninspiring performance. Tite tried different tactics, different players. He’ll field a better team next match.

Bit of a freak goal to concede, but like with any world cup its a marathon not a spring, Brazil will click to 100% soon enough they are still my world cup favourites

Of all the favorites, I liked Spain the most. After two terrible tournaments in 2014 and 2016, they looked as good as in 2008-2012, despite not winning their match.

Lol, this little push.

..have you seen for example Diego Costas goal and what he did to Pepe?
