Holding on to the ball too long and his passing is off, but doing some good things as well. Doesn't like the position suits him though. But I guess he's okay there temporarily if they prefer to play 4-3-1-2

Bentancur started well, even won the freekick that led to the first goal but after that one on one miss midway through the first half lost his confidence and began making all types of silly mistakes, needs to man up and have another go at it without letting his head drop this easily, never seen him as fallible as today.

Nonetheless, perhaps it's understandable for someone his age, part of his growth process and all that tho one thing for sure, he definitely needs to strengthen up mentally.

We'll probably make a better idea about him after the end of the second half tho, hopefully he'll bounce back, imo overall speaking he wasn't really that bad.

The plan is to defend deep for 65-70 minutes and try to hurt them then. It's a tough task though.

It's his 21th birthday and he starts for a major football nation and puts up 3 decent to good performances in a row, to put things into perspective

as opposed to 26yo Italien 'talents'

I thought Bent was poor. Alot of silly mistakes and is too reserved and negative in his build up.

Of course this is still exceptional for a player of his age and experience
