What? Messi was pretty much meh the whole match. He choked his chance away in the 2nd half, and that free kick was stupid. It was too far out to seriously test Neuer, why he didn't put it into the box for a potential headed goal or a lucky bounce is a terrible football decision.

The defense and midfield did well, but those three in attack were bloody terrible through out the knockouts. Messi in particular was terrible. These guys robbed Argentina of a WC victory.
