Would sure be great if we manage to conclude this deal so early on, getting also a transfer fee for him is something most of us didn’t even dare to hope, so props to Tek for not dragging it on and understanding that his time here is over.
Yes, must do ASAP. No jinxing but especially him PLAYING in Euros. Not only for Juve's sake but Tek realizes way too much money to lose.

Pretty incredible if we get a transfer fee on top of saving up on his wages.

Old management would've terminated his contract by mutual consent, given him a golden handshake and allowed him to leave on a free.

he's got a 1,5m book value so financially it's all right either way, saving his wages is the most important part of any deal seeing him leave

kudos to toli if he manages to squeeze out some pocket change from the saudis though

Understand there are now issues for Wojciech Szczesny’s move to Al Nassr from Juventus.

After advanced negotiations in the recent days, there are problems between clubs and the deal could be in danger.

Szczesny to Al Nassr, currently on stand-by.

Just seen it’s been posted above too, so basically it looks like the move might no longer happen… just our luck ffs.

must be a hard negotiation for us, the Arabs know that Woj is our 2nd most expensive player on the wage bill, no one else will take him on that salary and that we want another GK. there's just not much leverage for us to demand the 5m or whatever as transfer fee.

Pedulla said we will have to rethink our fee. No worries really, this one is an extra saving, but football wise Szczęsny is a better GK than DiGregorio.

now im reading its stalling because Al Nassr director want a bigger name like Ederson, only their DS is pushing for Szczesny.

Football wise I feel like Perin is a better goalkeeper than Woj, at least in the small sample size that he's allowed to play, maybe he'd drop the ball if given starter duties.

I don't know if di Gregorio is better than Perin or Woj, as I don't watch Monza and the eye test is important, but stats say that at least this season he is considerably better than Woj and together with Sommer from Inter is leading Serie A for expected goals - goals allowed.

"For me, loyalty is very important in life, very. I played in three big clubs all my life, aside from Brentford. I believe in fulfilling contracts, meaning that if I sign a contract for 2 years - I know what I want to do for 2 years.

So I never, I repeat never in my career forced a transfer. But loyalty is also a situation where, a club that gave you a lot - any club - needs to terminate the terms of your contract - you're also ready to help (if you don't lose a lot).

So, if Juventus would want me to leave, I would be ready to do so - even as thanks for all these years spent there."

No one should ever question Szczesny's love and loyalty to the club with this attitude. The level of selflessness is admirable and really makes me like and respect him more than I already did/do.

Filled the shoes of Buffon admirably and is leaving the club with grace when he certainly didnt have to.

Put this man in the "Juventus legends" section after he's sold
