I can.

Because I understand the state of Italian football and the financial strength of Juventus.

We'll never be able to afford the Suarez's, Cavani's and Rooney's of the world.

Last time Juve dished out a big cheque for a big time player? Ouuff. Who knows how long ago. We buy strong squad players and adapt them to calcio or find great deals like Vidal, Tevez, Pogba, etc. which is why we succeed in Serie A but not CL. These youngsters are the only chance we have at hitting the jackpot.

Buying these youngsters isn't what is stopping us from buying the big names. Please.
All these possible stars are being loaned out to serie b teams or being released. All these purchases of 1m, 5m etc add up which could be used for other purchases. We wont purchase a player for 20m+ but we will spend 5m on half a 19 year old.

Money is a problem, but not the only problem.

Even if we had 40M to buy a superstar, we can't afford their wages, and other leagues have way more appeal than Serie A right now.

A kid like Draxler revealed that he doesn't want to come to Italy, he wants to go the EPL. All the stars now a days think the same way.

You used a player who publicly stated he wants to go to england. While the appeal may be one thing, we have increased our wages. While I understand your point we cant continue to purchase players for less than 20m and assume to make a jump in quality. Also we cant wait on these youngsters todevelop. Or else we would be waiting forever.

Last year or the year before AA said we'll be able to buy players worth 30m+ in 2-3 years. We're close to that. The CL could slow us down a bit but it's coming.

We can make a jump in quality, Marotta is pouncing on great deals without spending 20M+. Vidal 12M, Tevez 9M, Llorente free, Pogba free, Pirlo free, Barzagli 500K.

We have to find players at the right time and price (like Vidal). We've been promised 30M players for the last past 3-4 seasons we've never seen one. We can't compete, its not going to happen.

So for now we look at players like Cerci whilst investing in youngsters. We hope to find the next Vidal, and the next young superstar.

Are a players who could improve the squad who wouldnt cost 30m. Wingers such as Nani, Lamela, etc. im not saying we need to spend 30m to improve the squad but when we cant afford a 20m player, its just bullshit.

Hopefully it doesnt in happen in the summer either.

So in future we have several ready-made €20m+ players.
