With Pirlo apparently signing an extension for two more years it is apparent the current formation or the 4-3-3 will be the way conte wants to continue with. so the 4-2-4 definitely isn't on the cards.

Vucinic plus some cash for Lamela would make sense and be worthwhile. I cant see us get both lamela and jovetic, even if we offloaded Vucinic, quags and Giovinco, the amount of cash to outlay on the two would be too much.

I'm concerned no left backs are being rumoured, obviously conte is happy to continue playing Asamoah out of position.

The only concern I have is the lack of depth for llorente...whether it is addressed now or in the summer, I think we do need a back up big target man.

Man U rumours of wanting Marchisio sound good...get the 25 million pounds for him, use Asamoah in midfield and buy a left back already.

If I was guessing, I'd suggest a swap this month would involve both players going on loan before things get properly figured out in the summer.

Juve should definitely be in for Lamela if he's potentially available.

I'm pretty sure it won't be this month. Vucinic could be valued 10 - 12m tops. It means we'd have to pay at least 15m in cash. I'm sure we don't have this kind of money right now.

I'd be all for it. IMO it would be another masterpiece by Marotta.

It may not be viewed as his natural role, but I believe Lamela could do just fine play behind a main striker.
