Michael Bradley to Toronto FC? I would be happy for TFC but .. umm..

Really?

He could prob be a starter at Inter, Milan, Manchester United or Tottenham so I have noooo idea why he would joined TFC after such success in Europe and with many teams showing interest him him (Tottenham, Valencia and United I have heard)

Anyway nothing official yet. It is just all over twitter at the moment

Why are people talking about Jovetic? First of all, he's overrated. His numbers were never really impressive in Fiorentina and people said he's over being injury prone but clearly that is not the case judging from his time in Manchester. Just stay away, there are so many good players available for transfer this year.
I can't agree more! Jovetič and Nani are both injury prone and because of that they are a big gamble for us. Lamela, di Maria or Cuadrado for the RW and Berardi as a sub. For LW I have no idea who is suitable. Maybe Pedro or Tello because we know that Griezmann and Muniain will be too expensive?

Well done! :tuttosport:

Yes our current team is definitely better than last year. There's some mental block that's for sure. Juve also gives too much respect to other teams if you know what I mean. Football has changed a lot during the last 10 years and it's not a good tactic to give away the ball and space to keep things tight. It's not working since players are much better technically and refs in Europe are quite soft I'd say.
In Serie A almost every team is afraid of the ball and they give it away to us and prefer to sit back deep trying to counter attack. Our back line is barely pressed. In Europe it's completely the opposite even a team like Copenhagen wants to have the ball and presses high which makes Juve struggle big time. Other than that Juve always backs off too deep when they lose the ball and barely ever press the opponent to make a mistake.

Those things need to change no matter how you look at it. Juve is no Barca and never should be but the current tactics clearly don't work in Europe as expected. There's a lot of room for improvement.

Saying that we were just unlucky is closing your eyes on the real issues behind our failure in europe, besides we weren't all guns blazing through europe last year either so there def are some issues that need to be addressed by Conte &co.

last year bayern had the organisation in the 4231 system as juve has ogbonisation in the 352 but we know that a 4231 is pretty much better than a 352 tactically so i say we "update" our squad to fit the 433/424 system by buying 2 quality wingers and bringing players like marrone, berardi, gabbiadini at the club and offloading players like vucinic, quags and giovinco.

Won the group, beat Celtic 5-0 on agg, then got beat by the best team in Europe. What would you have called blazing, only losing by a couple of goals to Bayern? They beat Barcelona 7-0...

You really want to ignore the similarities between our group stage perfomances/situations of last year and this year's?!!
Well imo even though we progressed last year, (except for a coupla games) we were far from convincing and all the issues LiquidPLP mentioned, were apparent back then and remained unchanged this year too. Those need to be fixed in order for us to look imposing and in control of our destiny, instead of struggling against waaay inferior teams, pushing our luck and finding ourselves in do or die situations.

Daily Mail - Juve pronta all'offerta estiva per Lamela

I hope its true
