I don't think B81 is someone who does unnecessary stuff like update his views on a player for current top notch performances, easier to judge solely on past ones.

Have you seen him on the field this season? It appears you haven't.
Cerci is at the moment the best right winger in the league. Of course, it might change soon, if he lost his form, but from my perspective his talent just exploded. He showed a lot of good football in last season, but suffered from lack of consistency. Now his form is more stable, and if he keeps on playing like this, he will be top-notch asset to, for example, Roma or Napoli (in 433 or 451).
