is there any chance of us signing juan mata. he was the best chelsea player last season but he doesent play at all this season under mourinho, and he may want to leave (hes yearly salary is 6.6 million)

I'm pretty sure that the reason he isn't playing under Mourinho is because he tends to rest when the team is supposed to defend - something that won't fly under Conte either. I would love him here, but doesn't really seem like a Conte player.
