Who is this kid, why would we drop money on him when we have the likes of Gabbiadini or Boakye in our hands.

A Gilardino-esque player is so coming to replace an attacker in our squad. Not him.

If we do sign him, which I don't believe, he'll immediately be loaned out. You can't tell me this kid would be more useful than Quag, Boakye, and Gabbiadini.

Why would a 23 year old come and sit on the bench? Gabbiadini or Boakye would be better than him anyways.

It doesn't work like that. In Italy it's not important how many non-EU players you have, it's that you are limited to signing 2 non-EU players a year, however, since Boakye signed from an Italian team, this did not effect our quote

juventus, as it should, never buys in the wintermercato unless something goes dramatically wrong.
Also, Real chose to keep Coentrao. Why would they suddenly agree to sell him halfway the season ?

If they wanted to sell, they'd do it now.

I don't believe these rumors either, but Real Madrid agreed to let him go on loan to Manchester United only to stop the deal in the last moment when they found out they couldn't get that LB from Granada.
