There have been a number of players who have experienced inconsistent spells when they've played for Madrid.Oezil,Benzema who has always been inconsistent,Modric although he's gotten a bit better,etc.CR is like the only consistent performer there.You cant use their performances for Madrid as a benchmark as its been harshly judged mainly by spoilt fans.Watch Di Maria for Argentina and you'll see a proper WC version of him.That said,he still has had a pretty good Madrid career but has unfortunately been pushed out now with the 100m signing of Bale.

there is no denying that Di Maria ON HIS DAY is a fantastic player but that day could be any day varying from Juve vs Chievo to Bayern vs Juve. Juve should look for a more consistent winger
