Quite realistic to expect that Cerci could be our target. His stats are very good but I wonder how much he can contribute to a better game. If Conte wants to change the formation to 4-3-3 he could be quite useful at RW, but IMO De Bruyne should be our primary target if we can get him on loan. We should sign some of the players like: De Bruyne, Menez, Nani, Diamanti, Bonaventura, Iturbe, Jorginho, Murru...

Juventus after Pirlo

Buffon
Lichtsteiner Barzagli Bonucci Chiellini
Cuadrado Vidal Pogba Griezzman
Llorente Tévez
Not really possible, it would have to be more of a 4-2-4, Griezmann is more of a forward than a midfielder, we would get expossed defensively time and time again by playing 4-4-2 with attacking minded player like him.

Economically speaking, this lineup is very possible

Are you another disciple of the 'defensive winger' theory ?

I'm not, but playing Griezmann as a left midfielder in a 4-4-2 is a waste of talent and money. Primary duty for a left midfielder in 4-4-2 is to create chances for forwards by crossing - that's the exact opposite of what Griezmann does best. He's scorer, not a creator. If you want to play 4-4-2, get Lulic, Valencia or Basta, not him.

None of these lineups have enough dacdical flow you peasants. We need a holding midfielder for defensive solidity, and by playing Vidal and Pogba in a two player midfield we are limiting their attacking podendial.

Not for 4-4-2 but he would be a good candidate for 4-2-3-1.And why are you sounding like his workrate is piss-poor or something ?

Basta and Lulic lol.Why are we talking about putting players who are, predominantly wing-backs as wingers ? Its amazing how this defensive mentality has suddenly got into some people.

Well, this discussion just became irrelevant then, because I'm talking specifically about 4-2-2, because that's what Gian suggested.

If you are putting Vidal and Pogba in a 2 man midfield then the wingers better be fucking good because Vidal and Pogba have contributed 19 goals and 9 assists already.

the job of a winger to usually to defend as well as attack. didn't you see ronaldo chasing back in the juve game trying to stop pogba tevez from attacking?. it would not be a "waste of talent" because ronaldo isn't wasting his talent is he?. griezmann would be perfect for juve, he has speed, technique, can play on both wings and has a huge eye for goal. he's only 22 and has a good 8-10 years ahead of him. When ribery gets old he will dominate that position for france. i can't see anyone else who could for france and if we get him now, him and pogba will link well.

Nasri and Silva aren't traditional 4-4-2 wingers either yet both of them are great for City.

Valencia is a giant pile of shit btw
