Tevez in a free role. He wouldn't need to play as a formal winger without Pirlo in the lineup because our midfield would be stronger defensively.

We'd need a very creative winger to compensate for Pirlo's absence though.

Workrate is important but so is talent. You need a quality winger who works hard.

That's why I like about Berardi, he's talented and he works very hard, tackles a lot and tracks back.

we wont get anyone in january (nainggolan maybe) but here is a prediction for the summer:

GK: buffon will stay and one of storari/rubinho will probably leave (we dont need 3 GK anyway so the 3rd GK spot takes a primavera kid) so we dont have to do anything there.

CB: we have 6 CB for a 3 man defence and 4 CB for a four man defence so we are set here too.

RB/RWB: lichtsteiner will stay and we have backups (for RB caceres, for RWB isla/padoin). one of isla/padoin needs to leave (isla is better but for 2M wages? a though decision) and of course motta. also menez could cover the RWB against teams that dont even attack against us. so this position(s) are set.

LB/LWB: we have asamoah but his backups are too weak (peluso is ok for the serie a but not good enough for the CL) so we need a player here. available options that we could afford are: kolarov, adriano, lulic, coentrao and criscito. i dont know the situation of adriano at uefalona but i believe alba has advantage over him so he may leave. from this options i would like him most in juve. hes good with both feet, can cover both flanks, can cross and shoot, and is used to possesion-football that we play. pdc should leave, and peluso should stay as he can play CB too.

CM: pirlo, marchisio, vidal, pogba and asamoah (who would rotate at LB and cover CM as backup) + a new CM (nainggolan) and we are set. maybe bring but marrone for home grown quote but not a must.

in the offense we should sell vucinic (not less than 15M) and quagliarella for not less than 7M (only if we bring berardi). menez for free, and a vucinic replacement (lavezzi, jovetic, nani etc.) pepe can leave or stay doesent matter as he never plays. and that should be it.
