Thanks

@Nostradamus Realistically, which talents in the Bundesliga do you see moving to Serie A? Any interesting names we should watch out for, particularly in the LB/LWB mould and RWF/Winger positions
It's not easy to lure away the very talented German players, as the Bundesliga is a fantastic place to grow, progress and mature. Thankfully most r not tempted by money only, but having a clear and sensible career path so they choose a club, where they r starter and the chances for that r higher in Germany than elsewhere..when Real or Barca calling however, then some of them losing their mind. There is just no reason to leave Germany in such early years, as the Bundesliga is growing and getting better year by year. The abundance of young talent in Bundesliga is overwhelming though, so Bayern and Dortmund cannot get them all..ATM clubs like Schalke and Leverkusen r very attractive for young German talents, but the Serie A is making progress so why shouldnt one or two being interested in Italy..who it ll be? No idea, as i cannot remember anyone saying that Serie A is the dream..its always England or Spain.
Same problem in Germany to find good LB as they r just a rare breed. There is Rodriguez (21) from Wolfsburg, but they r very rich and they dont want to sell. That his contract ends 2016 is not so comfortable though. Dortmund Talent Durm (21) has offered some promising performances, but tough to get I guess..the rest looks more or less mediocre. BUT there is of course Alaba..he makes me smile like a little girl adoring her high school teacher..i just love him he is IMO the best LB on planet, but of course unsellable.
The winger situation is bit different. The contract of Sidney Sam ends 2015 and it is reported, that he has a clause of 2-3m so big bargain even he is not top 1st class. Schalke interested but IMO he ll extend. Herrmann (Gladbach) is good, but not mouthwatering..Farfan has always been one of the best RW in Bundesliga..not easy to get him, but possible if the price is right. Volland is the one I would recommend to Juve, as he should fit Conte's style of play perfectly with high intensity..he has just renewed his contract with Hoffenheim stating that he is very happy there, but maybe he is gettable for 15m€ and some bonuses..the chances r not high though.
Here some Bundesliga young guns, who I think will be successful in the future (some of them already starting to break through):
Bayern: Højbjerg (18, CM), Green (18, AM), Weiser (19, RW/LW)
Dortmund: Sarr (18, CB), Hofmann (21, RW), Ducksch (19, S)
Schalke: Meyer (18, AM), Goretzka (18, CM), Avdijaj (17, SS)
Wolfsburg: Arnold (19, AM), Martinez (18, S), Brandt (17, LW)
Stuttgart: Vlachodimos (19, GK), Rüdiger (20, CB), Werner (17, S)
Leverkusen: Can (19, CM), Öztunali (17, CM)
Hamburg: Tah (17, CB), Calhanoglu (19, AM)
Frankfurt: Stendera (17, AM)
Gladbach: Younes (20, LW)
Freiburg: Ginter (19, CB)
Köln: Horn (20, GK)
Interesting to see where Brandt will end, as he is leaving Wolfsburg for free upcoming summer and all Bundesliga clubs want him. My guess is Leverkusen, but maybe Pep or Klopp can convince him.
