Almost no player is a guarantee but playing it safe every year is a sure way to never improve the team. When Barz and Pirlo retire, Buffon retires and Tevez goes home all probably within the next few years do we look for bargain bin deals to replace the core of our team or do we try to get established classy players?

We need to take the odd risk on your Isco's of the World. Or we regress sooner or later

After the first few games with Juve, everybody thought he's the "new" Nedved
Those comparisons make me sick. Just a classic case of people jumping the gun. Omg a player has a few good games for the club I support... Must be the next legend.

i agree. i think the board sees it that way too/ by next year we should be financially able to sign good impact players. doubt we could compete with barca madrid or city in terms of fees, but we should sign 25 30m players every season if needed.

at least that's the way our finances look. we should be able to sign 1 top player every season from next year

in order to do that the team has to keep a good performance in all competitions.
advancing in CL or any competition insure more income for the club and it will enable you to buy better players
other wise dont expect much

They're getting James and in the future will get other stars. They won't remember they had Morata and Isco. :D

i agree on the idea of madrid like to buy not to build but thats also depend on the coach if carlo like this guy he will play and be a starter, isco played 53 matches last year in all competitions 11goald 8 assists
look to this numbers and tell me carlo dont like him and real could sell him

So, so many of those apps were from the bench.

You're underestimating just how big Madrid are. Biggest club in the World, infinite budget and pulling power. You think they care if Isco leaves them? They've just went and bought a slightly younger, more hyped and in-form player who plays in Iscos position for a ridiculous amount of money. Why? Because they can.
