Torino released a statement accusing Borussia Dortmund and Juventus of violating FIFA rules on Ciro Immobile.

The striker is co-owned between Torino and Juventus, so any decision on his future must involve both clubs.

This week Borussia Dortmund directors were in Turin for talks with Juve general manager Beppe Marotta.

Torino complained this contravened the rules, but intermediary Giacomo Petralito told German newspaper Bild: “It’s true, I was with Zorc and Watzke to talk with Marotta, but I cannot reveal the content of the discussion.”

This evening Torino released a statement accusing the two clubs of violating the rules.

“Torino FC confirm President Urbano Cairo was not informed of these negotiations. In fact, if what Petralito said is true about negotiations between Borussia Dortmund and Juventus for the transfer of Immobile, then we’d be dealing with the violation of FIFA article 18.3, as Torino currently own the player.”

Immobile is co-owned between the two clubs, but played for Torino this season, so he is technically registered with them.

James Petralito market intermediary in negotiations between Juventus and Borussia :"Marotta contacted and informed Cairo president of Turin in the morning, before the meeting. And the same Juventus then also officially authorized Borussia Dortmund to contact Alessandro Moggi and Marco Sommella, agents to find a economic agreement with Immobile " .

omg, first Di Maria then Aguero and now this from tomorrows tuttosport:

That's from 2011, right?

Sanchez is possible, if Barcelona are wiling to sell of course and considering that they've transfer listed him it seems they indeed are willing to negotiate. His price should be reasonable eneough. But Di Maria  He's 40-50m player.

Nah, Messi would be a stupid signing as he isn't a great defender. Giovinco works harder than him. And we've established that attackers must defend above all else

Right, Zach?
:agree:

Attackers with defensive capabilities, who needs goals? Chiello as CF :tuttosport:
