Well, we've succeeded pretty well in Europe with the Padoin - Peluso formula so far. Let's keep it.
People have to realize that if the kid is talented, it will only do him well to train everyday with the very best, and have opportunities to enter 2nd half and rotate.
But the most important is that this is stg the squad needs. It's not only for the youngsters' development, but for the squad. I don't wanna see no fucking Candreva being brought and overpayed only to see a guy who can't go further than he's gone so far.

Nearly every iconic player will tell you that at his age, he needs games more then anyhing else.

Jese and Alaba are insanely talented players.Its not hard to see.
Plus Bayern sent Alaba on loan for game time before he became a regular for them.
Bayern and Barca have invested heavily in their youth academy hence quality talents are cropping up.
Juventus cant compare to them at this point.Thankfully we're doing a lot of recruitment internationally too so lets see if some interesting prospects crop up.

I am making a relative comparison. Comparing 18year old footballers to students. Most of the time, students need to pass high school to get to university. Just like most 18year olds, are lacking several key mental aspects to be competitive in the first team for a top club
Sometimes, there are genuis students, who manage to complete highschool in 1,2 or 3 years instead of 6 (belgium : highschool=13-18). Comparing back to football, indeed sometimes there are players who at a very young age allready got the mental development and consistancy to be competitive in their position at a top club.

Very true I agree with you. I don't know why some have the mentality that youngsters most be loaned out to get playing time to develop or else they won't succed. Look at Dortmund, Bayern,Barcelona or PL clubs. Many players have gone all the way throught the academy to a-team without never being loaned out. Xavi Iniesta train with great players, watched players like Guardiola, getting more och more playing time.
This thinking most be the Italian mentality. In England, Spain, Germany the mentality is very different. I rather have a talented 18-19 year old player then Peluso in the squad. Let him play in Coppa Italia, let him be subbed in matches, and if he is good and he is developing let him start against smaller teams in Serie A. I agree we should have a more balanced team.

Bayern, has an excellent generation with Kroos and Muller. But how long has it been since they had such talent trough the yought ranks ?

has anyone thought about what would the best position for Sanchez be? i know he can play SS/LW/RW, but how good would he be as a AM in a 4-2-3-1? for example, if we had Di Maria at the right side and Cuadrado on the left, we could put Sanchez in the middle behind Tevez/Llorente. if i remember correctly, he was very average for Udinese for 2-3 years, then they moved him to the middle behind Di Natale and he became a 35M player in just one season. so, if we had already 2 top wingers besides Sanchez, could he be the one to play central? i mean a last seasons Muller role where he would run up and down constantly, press, run behind the back of the defense, everything Muller is good for but with more technique. could he be used that way?

. It was just an argument that Italy does have some good academys. But we don't use it as good as other teams in other countries.Not so long for Bayern, schweinsteiger, Lahm, is from their academy, you can add Badstuber and Alaba to your list

i didnt say we can get them all . i asked what would be his best position if we had 2 other top wingers besides Sanchez. if we had Sanchez, Tevez, 2 other top wingers we would have 4 players that must play, so in that case where would Sanchez play when the other 2 are best when used wide, and Sanchez played his best games when used central. i think he would make a great AM/SS in a 4-2-3-1...
